We visit first, look at access, sequence and constraints, and talk to whoever runs the site. The method statement that follows covers how the structure comes down, in what order, and how it leaves, all under the highest HSE standards.

Work then runs to the agreed phasing. On live sites that usually means clearing in sections around operations, so your production or programme keeps going while the removal happens around it.
